Strange "witch" in Mexico

This is a fan video made in Monterrey, México. They appeared to be camping when they saw a humanoid shape flyin on the mountains. Some people say it even looks like it's flying in a broom. Some policeman told that they saw that too and looked like a bird Its really strange and doesen't appear like a fake. You will have to judge by yourself: REAL OR FAKE?????????????????
